  • Allan Woldt

    Born and raised in the Wausau area Allan has watched as the community has grown from a small farming town to a booming region for commercial real estate. Prior to real estate Allan was in the restaurant business for 25 years owning and running several very successful establishments in the Wausau area. His experience gained and reputation earned in the fast paced restaurant business has helped him succeed in real estate. While still working in the restaurant industry Allan started pursuing real estate as a side business getting involved in the development of local residential subdivision and building of commercial properties, primarily office buildings around Wausau. In 1996 Allan went back to school and recieved his marketing degree and joined Coldwell Banker and became a real estate broker and real estate auctioneer. He took ownership of the Coldwell Banker Commercial divison, and created a very successful company which he sold in 2001. He joined the Johnson Commercial team in 2001 and has been with the Johnson team since. He works exclusively in the commercial property market including investment properties and development of new commercial property centers. He has gained a reputation for being one of the leaders in Wausau's growing commercial market.

  • Nathan Long

    Nathan grew up in the city of Wausau, WI and attended college at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Upon college graduation in 2006, he worked at the Menards Corporate Office in Eau Claire, WI as a Merchandise Planner. While employed at Menards, Nathan traveled around the Midwest managing the set up of the plumbing department in new stores. He also performed departmental audits on existing stores and maintained monthly promotional products and layouts for ten different prototypes in over 210 stores. In 2007 Nathan married his wife Erin and accepted a position in Wausau as an Information Center Consultant in the Commercialization Division at the Marshfield Clinic. As part of the Commercialization team, he was responsible for training doctors and medical support staff on various homegrown Electronic Health Record (EHR) software products.   • Sandra orme

    Diversity and integrity can best describe Sandra Orme. Having entered the working world at the age of fifteen her vast experiences in restaurants, hospitality, construction, project management, accounting, retail, property management, land development and operations management has groomed her to counsel small business owners and corporate officers.  Sandra graduated from the University of Utah in 1989 and soon after opened a window retail store with her husband in St. George, Utah. After seven years of exposure to fenestration, home building and government projects, Sandra continued her job experience as the financial officer for a multi-million dollar excavation company. Fully responsible for the internal accounting and human resource management she helped the company grow from twenty-five to 150 employees and sales growth of $200,000 to $ 2,000,000. In 2005, she moved to Wausau and was blessed to direct and implement changes in four business entities to make a substantial difference in their portfolio’s and operations to secure the sale of these properties.
