  • Allan Woldt

    Born and raised in the Wausau area Allan has watched as the community has grown from a small farming town to a booming region for commercial real estate. Prior to real estate Allan was in the restaurant business for 25 years owning and running several very successful establishments in the Wausau area. His experience gained and reputation earned in the fast paced restaurant business has helped him succeed in real estate. While still working in the restaurant industry Allan started pursuing real estate as a side business getting involved in the development of local residential subdivision and building of commercial properties, primarily office buildings around Wausau. In 1996 he retired from the restaurant business, and became a Commercial Broker with Coldwell Banker. He took ownership of the Coldwell Banker Commercial divison, and created a very successful company which he sold in 2001. For the past 5 years he has been working for Johnson Realty of Wausau. He works exclusively in the commercial property market including investment properties and development of new commercial property centers. He has gained a reputation for being one of the leaders in Wausau’s growing commercial market.

  • Ryan Woldt

    Ryan is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He grew up in Wausau and after a few years in the Madison area moved home to Wausau with his wife Trina. Ryan has been working in Commercial Real Estate with Johnson Realty since July of 2006. Working with his father, Allan, has provided him with a wealth of learning experiences, and allowed him to be successful breaking into a fast paced market. Ryan is continually impressed by the growth that Wausau and the surrounding communities have maintained. He focuses on commercial investment properties, but is comfortable working in the residential market. Prior to Real Estate, Ryan worked in sales and restaurant management.

Owned and operated by Dan and Corinne Johnson Johnson Realty has continually been a promoter of Wausau's growth and development. Johnson Realty develops, owns and manages Apartment Complexes, Retail Strip Centers, Office Buildings, Manufacturing and Industrial Plants and stand alone Business Centers. PDM is the construction subsidiary of Johnson Realty. Having their own construction company allows Johnson Realty to design and implement a plan start to finish. It also allows them to work with clients to build the property they want, cut the cost of outsourcing and follow through on a project start to finish.
